Abundance or Scarcity?

The brain often focuses on either "scarcity" or "abundance". The difference in our thinking can be the difference between living comfortable and barely getting by. Scarcity is filled with fear and can keep us stuck or frozen in our old ways and patterns. Abundance thinking allows for trust and a search for opportunities.


If you are stuck in scarcity, change might not be as hard as you imagine. See yourself in one year, are you surviving or thriving?  How you visualize the future is a choice you can make.
